    Menopause
I am having all the normal menopause symptoms and would like to find a natural way to ease them.
Is progesterone and estrogen cream helpful?
Is there anyway to take care of this myself without needing to go to a doctor?

Have you used any hormonal products in the past? Birth control pills for example? Some women should not use any sort of hormone supplement, even herbal supplements, so if you don't know for sure, check with your doctor.
You can ask about the creams, and also supplements such as Black Cohosh. Vitex, and Evening Primrose Oil... a few of the more popular ones. Do check with your doctor because even though they are considered "natural" products, you need to treat them like any other medicine as they are not safe for everyone.
Other things that may help: regular exercise each day (also important for your bone health), a healthy diet, plenty of fluid intake, activities such as yoga and meditation, avoiding too much caffeine, etc..
