    I would like to now how much charge per Sq foot to paint ,offices 2 coat of eggshell finish.

    Are you a professional painter or a handyman? Handymen in my area charge roughly $.60 s/f for walls only. Your estimate needs to include how many cuts for windows, doors, baseboards and so on to help us be more accurate.
