    Protect a business idea
I have a business idea that I would like to ensure that the name and idea are not able to be replicated. What would be the process?

    Hello t:

You can copyright the name, but you can't protect an idea.

Besides, ideas are a dime a dozen. It's EXECUTION that counts.
