    Loose weight and keep it off
    Does any body know what the best way to loose weight and keep it off I am 270 pounds and I want to loose at least a 100 pounds because me and my husband want another baby in like 1 to2 years and I want tobe healthy :(

    The most effective weight loss program ever: eat less, exercise more.

    Eat smart healthy foods in reasonable quantities (under 1500 daily) and exercise *at least* 4 days a week for an hour. Do lots of cardio mixed in with weight work.

    Agree. Cut out the junk, move more. When you get to your target weight (might not be 100lb less than now, you'll know when you can see your abs and feel your veins), you stick with the programme. You can't go back to eating junk or you'll put the weight back on.
