    Get demoted and they lower your pay rate
    If you are employed in pa and u are a manager and u are not fulfilling your job duties and get demoted are they allowed to lower your pay

    Yes, in any state, if you are demoted, you are given a lesser position, which of course brings with it, a lower rate of pay.
