Unfortunately its not all that easy. Depending on how "fat" you are will make a difference on how wuickly you can loose it. The best way to loose weight is to EAT RIGHT. No fast food anymore! Lol but seriously you should eat right and eat well portioned meals, don't drink anymore softdrinks (i.e coke, d.p, pepsi). Eat right, exercise, run and you will see your results far better as compared to just running. Also with this new routine you will have bundles of more energy during the day. It's a great feeling. Hope this helped. Good Luck!

Running regularly will help you lose some weight first, but as truckman said, it's mostly about diet.

Losing weight and getting into shape is about 25% exercising, and about 75% eating right. If you exercise regularly, but don't eat properly (undereating or overeating), this won't help the exercise much.
