    It is related to transcribing a tape that a medical professional has recorded. They record the patient's progress when they visit the doctor's office. These are very technical medical terms that the doctors use and unless transcribed properly the patient's records are useless. The transcriber must be familiar with the proper terms and the proper spelling of these terms.
