    Questions about dependents on taxes
    Hello, my questions is I have a friend that her baby born on 12/12/08 and she wants to know, if she can claim her baby on her taxes as a dependent??

    Yes - as long as the baby is born before the end of 2008 you can claim her as a dependent on your 2008 taxes.
