I work for a charity in Aberdeen. I currently have a client who is in the UK on a student visa but has unfortunately lost all her documentation including visa paperwork and passport. What can we do to get her a new passport. She currently has no form of ID.

First she may need to report stolen documents. If she has copies, she can apply for a new passport with copies of ID/old passport, etc. Ask her if her family have copies so they can mail it to her. The other source is her school... copies of her ID and passport were taken by admission when she first applied for student visa.
