How can we keep from losing our families property?
Our parents are very sick & may not be here much longer. We have a very greedy family member who is bullying our parents around & thinks she's entitled to property because she has paid property taxes for our parents a few times. I don't know if that gives her any legal rights or not? We don't have much money & thought about getting a will kit from office supply but don't know if it will stand up in court? We are in Chapter 13 & trying to figure out how to keep from losing inheriatence property that has been in the family now for 5 generations? We still have 3 and a half years left. 90K left. Can it be left to an underage child? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should set up a living trust for the estate. And the people in the trust would have to be the parents and the two children. Contact a lawyer. Once the parents die the trust will still exist. And there will probably have to be a trustee to oversee the account though until the kids become of age... so sorry for your hardship but I hope that helps.

You are going past a will kit, you need to get an attorney for this.
