Will a Deportation and criminal record in UAE effect my UK VISA application
    Dear all,

I am an Indian working in Delhi. I am planning to go to UK for studies. I used to work in UAE, but unfortunately was deported from UAE to India due to a criminal case. Will this deportation and criminal record be checked by UK embassy before issuing me a VISA? Will UK Embassy issue me a VISA? What should I do to get a UK VISA in this situation

    Please help

When you apply for any visa, you will need to provide detail info of your criminal record. It does not always mean your case will be denied. It depends on nature of crime as well. However, if you lie and the consul finds out later, your visa will be immediately revoked plus 10 years bar minimum.

Do not lie in the application ever!

Hi all, just wondering if any of you were able to get your visas? I am in a similar predicament but my cousin is the one who was deported from Dubai. Now we are hoping to take a family vacation to Singapore so just wondering if anybody received their visas. Any help would be grateful!
