    Has Sonography any side effects for those women who r plannng to conceive a baby in near future?

    Sonogram or ultrasound is used for many purposes,one of which is tracking the fetus' development throughout pregnancy. If it was harmful, it would not be used.

    Another use of ultrasound is tracking discrepancies in internal organs, such as bladder, lungs, stomach.

    No, I don't think you have to worry about harmful side effects. It is a completely necessary procedure under many circumstances.
