    Roof Cleaning Prices
    Does anyone know what the going rates are for cleaning asphault shingle roofs? I am looking for a ball park per square foot price.

    10 cent a square foot for normal one story residentual is not uncommon.

    What is your plan on cleaning, brush and low pressure hose ( water hose)

    Never use a pressure washer on roofing material except metal.

    Thank you Fr_Chuck for your quick response. Does that .10 per sq ft include materials? How does the price change if it is 2 story or better?

    Do you recommend a particular product for cleaning? After it is cleaned, is anything else applied?
