    Support paying father's rights!
    How can a father find our his rights while paying support in Ontario, Canada?

    What rights are you talking about, specifically? I'm not sure on Canadian law, but in the US, a father's rights are usually spelled out in a custody agreement. Have you taken a paternity test to legally establish yourself as the father of the child?

    You need to be more specific. What rights are you asking about? Something to do with the support payments, or visititation or what?

    You have every right given you in the child custody agreement, ( perhaps a parenting plan if one was done) and every obligation in the child support agreement.

    So your rights are those that you asked for, fought for or was given in court.
