    Opt f1 student
    Hi,

    I am write now opt base and I am working in last 6 month in company and they not cut any taxes in my pay check ( fedral, social, medicare) now they give me 1099-misc form, now I want pay all three taxes and I want any return..

    If you did not complete 5 years on F1/OPT you will file nonresident tax return and Form 8843. You will report your income and expenses on schedule C or C-EZ (Form 1040). Your income is not subject to SE tax. Read: Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Tax Filing Requirements for Non-Residents
