    Tranfering probation
    My son was released to PA. on probation however, he had no legal place of residence in PA. He did change over his license and social security first. Still he had no family in PA. He now wants to transfer back in New Jersey in his home. However New Jersey said he is a resident of PA and will not except him. What do I do?

    I will add that he may need the help of an attorney if they are refusing him

    1. what was the crime
    2. does he have a job in the state he wants to move to
    3. does he have a place to live in the new state
