    Doing business in a different state
    I live in reading p.a and conduct business in New York city. What state should I file my taxes with and what forms need to be filled out Thank You

    If you conduct your business from p.a. then you file only the p.a. tax return.

    Actually, it depends on HOW you conduct business. If you have an office located in NY city, then you ARE liable for both NY state and probably some NY city taxes.
