    Electrical conductor
    Is plant oil an electrical conductor.

    I would guess yes, and would prove with a Multimeter(Ohmmeter)

    Most pure oils are insulators. Contaminants and salts could make them conductive.

    Oil is oil. If from a plant or otherwise is not important.
    The purity of the oil is relevant. Contaminants in the oil may make it conductive.
