    Improving shower doors
I got this idea to glue small tiles on the face of the frame of our sliding shower doors (not on the doors themselves, of course) . Has anyone done this?

No, I never did it on a shower door. I have added tile over tile in small areas and used clear silicone caulk and tape the tile until it sets up. The grouting is going to be the problem here for it to hold. But if it just butt to butt then the silcone is the ticket

Now the problem is not gluing the tile on it, it's the extra added weight of the tile and how that may effect the tracking of the door. Keep that in mind
