You need to get the split ends cut off and then I would use Aussie 3 Minute Miracle. I actually leave it on all day when I don't have to leave the house and my hair is really bad.

I was just in the same boat as you!
In an effort to get my hair back to "normal", I opted to color it one more time - this time dark. I also cut it one length to my shoulders. I decided to let it grow and not color it, and limit it's exposure to heat in an effort to get it healthy.
I could tell a huge difference. I also began taking a multi-vitamin and taking vitamin e everyday.
I have only been on this regimen for a month or so and can tell a difference. I hate having short hair, and I hate not being blonde - but I do love that my hair is soft and silky again.
Plus, it's in such good shape now, I can get highlights in about a month - just in time for warm weather.
    Good luck!

Go to the salon and get you some "DEEP FUEL TREATMENT" by redken. There are like 5 tubes in a box.. This can be left on or rinsed out.. when I would get of the shower I would get all the excess water out of my hair by blotting it with a towel then apply this.. Use a shower cap and sleep in this treatment.. also get you some gloss drops/silk drops to use and a protectant while you blowdry and hot tool your hair.. these are to be left in.. Works wonders I tell ya' :)
