If I was fined in usa for serving alcohol to a minor will that stop me re-entering?
Whilst on a h2b visa I was stopped by the police for serving alcohol to a minor, and went to court and was made to pay a fine. The set up was set all over avon so it was an organised operation. I wasn't taken to a police station just told to turn up at the town hall.. where I was fined

Will this stop me entering usa again for holiday?

Thanks for a quick reply but how do you know that I have a record? Have you seen this somewhere or are you guessing by your immigratin experience?

The reason I quote you is because my fingerprints were never taken, nor was my passport details, so would thid show at border control in newyork?

    Appreciate any advice on this

    Thank you in advance

You had your fingerprints done at the consulate when you submitted the visa application... with your name, visa number, etc. All could be identified in one click.

Ah OK Now I understand what you meant by that.Does this mean that I shouldn't book flights to come on holiday due to this, or would I still be allowed to come but would have to declare what happened...

Is there anythink I can do before hand to allow me to be able to enter without being turned away?

    Sorry for heaps of questions,

    Xx
