    My paycheck was wrong
So my employer overpayed me by $1,200 last payday. The same week my boyfriend, who shares an account with me, was supposed to get his vacation pay so when I checked my balance it was what I expected so I never thought aother thing about it until this passed Sunday when my boyriend was like "I hope we get my vacation check this week". I thought what? Then I checked my account and my paycheck was way off so I went to my employer and told them what happened. They were pretty rude and want me to give them my boyfriends vacation check right when he gets it or take $330 frm my check every payday until its paid back. I offered them $100 a week but they want more. Can they do that? What should I do?

Yes they can do that. You were overpaid by their mistake but still overpaid. They could keep the total from your next check so 330 seems like a fair compromise.
