    Ilegal spouse in the us
This I would say is a bit of a rather complicated question. As me and my husband got married a month ago and I am desperate for some assistance. I was born in canada but my husband lives in the u.s ilegally. We got married a month ago and I decided to come live here until we decide what our next step will be as he is unable to cross the canadian boarder. I was told as a canadian I can sponsor him. Only thing is I'm living in the u.s now. How can I begin the paper work for him to come live in canada with me not living there. By the way to add a cherry on top to the situation both him and me are working ilegally. Im in the states working with no permit. Been here 3 months

Normally it can be done while you are in US IF you are legal... have work permit and work contract, etc. In this case, you must return to Canada and start the process from there.

You must make a decision where you want to live... but for now, it can't be US because both of you don't have legal status and being illegal, you are not eligible to obtain any other type of visa.

The key is DO NOT enter the country illegally or overstay the visa, if you can't afford immigration lawyer.
