Hi my name is kolina,
I been try so hard to get pregnany in the last 5-6 month and month after month I'm not?? My huband and myself have been having sex just about every day some time 1 to about 4 times a day and still month after month I get my monthy friend.. does any know why I can't get pregnant?? I really need help I feel so alone and it hurt me to think that I can't have a baby?? :(:(:(

Please understand it takes most healthy couples up to a year of actively trying to become pregnant. You have only been trying for a few months.

Now, about the sex, have you ever heard the term "less is more?"

Have sex every other day rather than multiple times per day. It takes 24 - 36 hours for a man to rebuild his sperm count. So, basically after 3 or 4 times a day every day, he could be shooting blanks.

First off, try to relax. It's possible that the stress your feeling is preventing you from getting pregnant. Rather than having sex every day (unless you and he just really want to), try planning it for when you're ovulating. You can get an ovulation predictor at almost any drug store. Figure out when you're body is ready, and try to time your "intimacy" to no more than two days before that date. Make sure, if you have any question regarding his count, that you refrain for a few days prior to ensure his numbers are up. If it still doesn't happen right away, don't be discouraged. Remember, there's really only a 20 - 30 % chance of getting pregnant each month even when birth control isn't being used. That's why most experts suggest you try for at least 24 months (2 years) before consulting a doctor about it.

When you're planning it during those times, make sure you're set to enjoy it. Believe it or not, there is a good deal of research out there that suggests that if he makes sure you orgasm after he ejaculates, causing the tip of the uterus, the cervix, to move and to draw the semen into the uterus, the likelihood of pregnancy occurring increases.

The most important thing, though, really is to relax. Chances are, if you let go of the stress and expectation currently surrounding intercourse and focus more on just really ENJOYING one another, the desired result will come along all on it's own.
