I have a 1 year old mix breed dog and for the past 2 months he has been losing weight rapidly, we feed him all the time and I have wormed him. Today I went to feed him and he wouldn't move. He started to stand up but was to weak, he ate a little bit of the food but wouldn't drink any water, he looks like he hasn't eaten in weeks you can see his ribs and his hip bones, I need an answer quick dose he have parvo or has he been poisoned? If anyone can answer this please answer quickly. I can't afford to take him to the vet, is there something else I can do?

Please call a vet anyway. They will usually advise and answer your questions and yes, most probably ask you to bring him to the vet. A lot of vets will understand that you don't have all of the money up front and will offer you a payment plan. Hopefully, someone here will help in the meantime but please call anyway. I will wait here online for a bit because if you don't get an answer, I will call for you. I will. Don't let anything happen to your precious pooch. Is he vomiting at all?
