Fraud charges - got absolute discharge
    Here's the story -
I got charged for fraud under (9 counts), when I was 19 years old. I went to court through trial and all... and I got absolute discharge. However, my lawyer told me that my name will be on police computer for 1 year. So if I apply to a job which does a crminal check, will the police computer show - guilty of fraud or Absolute discharge, or will it be completely clear? 1 year hasn't passed yet, it will be done this year in October.

    Hello r:

It should simply show that you were arrested - nothing else, and that's ALWAYS going to be there.

I have NO idea what your lawyer was talking about.
