    Tub and toilet backup and gurgle
    My lower level toilet and tub back up and gurgle and I suspect it is after doing laundry

    Sounds like a partial blockage doewnstream from the lower bath. Try snaking from that baths lavatory roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 16 feet more. Or you could pull the lower level toilet and go in from there. Good luck and thank you for rating my answer. Tom
