    I Am Always Ill.
I Am always ill, and I don't understand.
I am a normal 14 year old girl, with a great and loving boyfriend. I smoke, but not as much anymore. I hardly ever drink. I'm on the pill. But I'm always feeling sick.
    Like;
    * I have little burps (there so tiny you can't actually call them burps) but a little bit of sick comes up (I hope its sick &&, not blood).
    * I have quite high ribs, and from the bottom of my ribs to my belly button is always aching, like a real uncomfortable ache.
    * when I don't have a fag, I feel great, but when I do I feel like crap.
    * its always when I go to bed, like when I get up and I'm doing stuff, its hardly noticeable.
    * I NEVER get it when I'm with my boyfriend Ollie, its like it disappears completely until I leave. Which is gay, because I hardly see him, only at the weekends :(

This pain in so annoying, and I've been to my doctor, last year about 1-8 times a month. Since August 2008, I have blood tests done all they said it was, was stress, which stressed me out even more, because I no for a fact that, that isn't the reason why.
    Its not the reason why.
I'm really confused &&; upset because I can't do what I want to do. I wish I was older. &&; lived with Ollie cos' the pain disappears when I'm with him. :(
I need help, my dad never believes me, he says if I was dying my legs would be chopped off etc.
    My doctors no help.
    What should I do?

A good idea would be to try and cut out the cigarettes. If you smoke and you have a stomach problem smoking will aggravate that problem. You could have an acid stomach which can be caused by worry or you simply produce too much acid in your stomach which will make you feel sick.

Try a stomach liquid like Gaviscon as the last thing you have before you go to bed at night.

Perhaps you should change the pill you are on that can sometimes disagree with you, maybe you'll have to try a few before you get the correct one for you.

Try and eat a proper diet, leave fizzy drinks alone for a bit and anything that is acidic see if it improves, also get some earley nights, this will allow the stomach to relax a bit more.

You need to stop smoking completely and see your doctor again. Its possible that stress or depression is causing the pain you're feeling, but so can the smoke... no matter how little you do it, its harmful to your body.

Sometimes just being 14 with changing hormones, on top of taking birth control pills can cause a person to feel out of sorts.

You don't feel the same pain with Ollie because you're having fun and distracted from it.

If you read it carfeully it says, I HARDLY drink, I drink probably once a month and I don't even get drunk.
Second yes I do have sex. Because me and my boyfriend have been together for about 2 in a half years, and are very comfortable, with it and at lest I'm using contraception and not dropping out a baby every 10 minutes am I NO.

I don't need a life adjustment, thank you very much, I am happy with WHO I am. &&; don't need some little pricks telling me that I need a life adjustment.

If I read this right, the worst of it happens when you go to bed at night. It is hardly noticeable when you get up and are doing things, as you said.

I wonder if it wouldn't be worthwhile to visit your doctor again, and request an ultrasound or some other testing that could eliminate gallbladder, kidney stones, hernia, or appendix problems. Sometimes these things flair up, with no apparent pattern to them. It comes and goes.

That it has gone on so long, there has to be something causing it. I'm not sure that time with your boyfriend isn't just a coincidence, or that part of the day/week where you are less hurried/stressed etc. and whatever it is, is flaring up less.

The little burps, feeling bile come up, and the location of the pain, may mean more than a blood test can determine. You may find some relief with otc drugs like Gaviston, it still does not address the cause of it.

You are smart to consider all possible reasons for this. I hope you persevere and see your doctor again, or ask to be referred to a specialist.

Good luck finding answers and solutions.

When was the last time your heating unit was inspected? Low levels of co can make you feel sick . I would have the furnace inspected as well as the chimney venting to all appliances
