    Chipping of boundary wall by weedeater
    Is the tenant or landlord responsible for repairs to a boundary wall where a weedeater has chipped it? Wouldthis be regarded as normal wear and tear

    Chipping a wall isn't normal wear and tear; who was using the weedwhacker when the damage occurred?
