    Dryer will not heat
    I have a Whirlpool 3 cycle dryer that will only heat sometimes. This one I just can't figure out, I have replaced the fixed thermostat, thermal fuse, all resistors except the one on the element but it test good. So does the element. But my dryer will not heat all the time. I works when it want to. I can't figure this one out, and I am usually good at this please help me, I am desperate help!

    There is a motor end switch that acts as a safety incase the motor does not spin. These can go bad and operate intermittently causing the dryer to work only when the defective switch says so.

    Please post your Exact model number also so I can try to look it up.
