    Drainpipes leaking
I live in a terraced house. My drainpie leaks on the joint between the two propertys. I have flash taped up the joint that was on my side but water is still coming out. I think the down pie may be blocked. The down pipe is on the joint between mine and my neighbours propertys and services both. My neighbour is constantly leaving notes and calling round to ask me to fix it. Is it my responsibility to sort the joint downpipe?

Personally if you are above him and the water is coming from above him then you should fix it just to keep piece.

It's a little confusing here. If you are terraced and that to me means you are above him and your part is stepped back. And there is a gutter above him that drips on him or at the connection of the downspout.

The confusing part here is the down pipe"down spout" is in between you and the structure beside you at the same story as you ans that is the down spout that connected and you both are terraced above the structure below you.
Did I get it right or not?
For the headache its causing Be the guy and fix it you will be liked for it instead of squabbling over an easy fix.
