Hello,
My Ex-husband is bipolar and now an Ex Alcoholic.
He gave my 14 year old son playboy books for his 14th birthday
I took them away as I didn't feel they were appropriate.
Confronted him and he told me my son see's worse on myspace.com!

That doesn't give him the right to expose our son further, or support nudity, correct?
He also stopped paying me the full amount of child support as he retired and is now
Working 2 part time jobs and going to school.

Now after 6 years divorced I found a nice man, my son liked too but my ex is jealous
And treatening to take me back to court on custody.
He turned my son against him and also threatened to take me back to court.

Or get a lawyer to do it for me?

I am laid off and just starting a new job the 16th.

I remember when my dad gave me my first playboy, my mom flipped her lid but that also gave me the chance to ask questions about women and there body, every boy will be shy about asking there mother about sex lol I know I was but when my dad gave me my playboy he told me about sex and about wearing condoms wich actually helped because kids these days are having sex at about the age of 16.

And I'm going to take that since he was paying child support that you have custody of your son, if that's the case, as long as you can provide for him, meaning, clothing him, feeding him and keeping him in a safe loving home there really isn't anything your ex can do about it, he is the one that stopped paying child support so technically you could take him to court for that, I know my mom took my dad to court for that reason
