    Regrow hair?
Hi, please help me fixing up my hair. My hair texture is fine and thin.. and volume is pretty low. But see I am on this diet, so I can't take a lot of food, so pretty much all my hair have fallen down. Now when I am going out, I can't leave them open nor I can't pull any hairstyle off. People can see my scalp! This is embarrassing. Please help me.. what can I do to regrow hair on scalp? People say I am pretty good looking, but I am telling you.. for this stupid hair.. I look terrible!! I wish I had head full of hair. How can I have that? Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help someone :'(

The first question to answer is whether you have a *medical* condition that is causing hair loss?

No, no such thing! I have low volume/fine/thin hair by born. Its in my gene, I guess.

I am on diet, is that what is making my hair fall?

Unless you're on a very extreme diet, it's doubtful that it's causing your hair loss. I'd have to understand the diet better to give you a guess as to whether it's extreme or not. You might want to consult with your doctor about this.

One product that I have seen excellent results with is the Nioxin line. They have a full line of shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and styling products to help thicken hair and style it . It does not work over night, and can take 6 months to notice a difference, but is well worth it!

I am on a diet too, I mean always ,
Make soup with little of chickpeas+ little red lentils + chop spinach sprinkle salt onion and garlic powder for taste while it cooking, and when you ready to eat sprinkle powdered cumin, it taste delicious, chickpeas is # 1 food to combat hair loss, it is full of zinc , zinc is for hair loss and has some iron, it is the best food for hair and red lentils and spinach are loaded with iron and vitamin A and C, you will not gain weight at all and it your hair and skin will be great
You can take MSM it is great for hair and skin, but you definitely you need iron and zinc , I had the same problem from dieting , no zinc and iron you hair is always in the sink, you can take copper too, to prevent your hair from going gray, some vitamin have Zinc and copper in one tablets, you can try that, taking vitamins is very important when you are not eating a lot. If you can buy salon shampoos is better, shampoos from the drug store will cause your hair to fall out more in the long run
You have to soak the dry chickpeas over night, put it in the freezer in a bag, and just take the amount you want to cook from that bag, which should not be more than the size of your palm especially you are on a diet , it is cheaper that way
