Kansas need tenant out.
We rented a room to someone in our house, I have been away for three month on business. I just found out this Thursday that he he has not paid rent in 5 month and refuses to sign a lease for the last three, this is a month to month lease, and has to be filled out the being of every month. Friday he got his 3 days verbal and written notice to pay or quit. Its now Sunday and cops will not remove him after yelling at my girlfriend, telling her good luck getting the money now. We do not care about the money just want him out now.

Because you didn't go through the entire process. After the 3 day pay or quit, you need to go to local housing court and obtain an eviction order from the court. THEN you hire a sheriff to physically remove him,
The police cannot act without a court order and generally they don't handle evictions. |
