I found a lump on my puppy's shoulder
Its small, maybe two centimeters diameter. It doesn't cause her pain. Does anyone know anything about this?

Could be a fat ball. My dogs have them all over, they're just deposits of fat. If it doesn't hurt her then that's probably it.
Of course it could be something else, even something worse.
If you're concerned then make an appointment with the vet. Better safe than sorry.
Good luck.

Feel around really carefully for a little scab... puppy might have gotten poked or cut or clawed by a cat and it may have gotten infected.. if you do find a little scab just take the scab off and give a little squeeze if puss comes out keep squeezing till it stops and then give a good wash with an antiseptic wash may have to do it again the next day.. it will heal up good... I've had to deal with this on my cats and they are fine..
It is usually from a fight and it is an infection on the surface.. but if you don't find the scab then I would think about getting him into the vets..
Good luck..

I was talking to my boyfriends mother about this and she brought up the fat ball thing. It is in the skin. I don't know how to describe this, but if you pull on her coat, it is in the skin. It doesn't hurt her. It seems hard, but I won't squeeze too hard.

Keep a good eye on it for any changes. See if it changes in size, or any other changes to it. Also keep an eye on your dogs eating habits, and watch for any abnormal behaviour. It could also be a benign cyst which is quite common, or even an allergy. Have you recently change shampoo's or something you use on his coat? Check to make sure there is only the one lump.
It's always good if it's worrying you, to see your vet. They will take a look at it, and depending on how it looks to them, they may want to do a biopsy. But, I would agree with the above, that if it doesn't change in size, and your dogs behaviour remains the same, it is likely just a fat deposit.

She is 100% fine otherwise, so I am not to worried. She has a vet appointment on the 23rd of February, and I will bring it up then. But no, it hasn't seemed to change sizes or anything, and her coat is in great shape.

It's good that you have an appt. soon. If she keeps on eating, drinking, and her poop and pee seems fine, then yes, the vet appt. on the 23rd should be fine to get it checked then.
Good luck Kay! :)

Thanks! I just about had a heart attack when I found it. I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to my baby Lyla.

UPDATE!
The lump disappeared.
I will still bring it up at my next appointment, but it is gone.
I am thinking that maybe she just bumped it playing with my cat felix. Sometimes they get a bit too rowdy :)

Update. It was a reaction to the vaccinations.
