    How to file improper FICA
    Hi,

During my opt, for the first 2 months I got my FICA deducted. Now I want to claim it back.. somewhere I read I need to fill from 843 but, I didn't find any section which describes the FICA and also do I need any letter from my company stating the same fact...

    Regards,
    Lokesh
