    I'm sepperated from my exwife fore 2-yrs,I don't claim her on my return,the attorney gen is lawer is persuying my case, questin if she claims herself as a dependent on someone-else return will the IRS flag her return,she has never paid c-port, in the hole 2,500.00,tx ernest

    If she is a dependent on someone else's tax return, that means she has earned LESS than $3,500 for 2008.

    Given that fact, you will NOT be getting child support from her anytime soon.
