Quit Claim Deed Signed off by Party NOT on Loan, Mortgage affected?
My x wife , is not on the mortgage to the home I bought in 2005, However, her name is on the deed. She was ordered by the Judge to sign off on a Quit Claim, which she did. Now my question is, does this affect the loan in any way, since it is solely in my name?

It shoud not since you already had the mortgage in just your name. And also this is court ordered though the divorce process.
