How do I replace interior parts of a wood burning stove?e
I have a 25 year old Lange free-standing wood burning stove that needs relining. I have located the parts but need someone to perform the work.

Best bet would be to contact a local wood burning shop that sells wood stoves. I am sure someone there has experience to swap out the parts or the fire bricks. Now if it is just a reline with fire brick just about any mason could do the job.

Often fire brick are held in with a metal clip at the top that is bolted to the main casting. Sometimes they go in in a specific order and then another smoke baffle holds them. Find the information on your stove. It isn't hard if you have instructions. Otherwise you will have to do a bit of detective work. Vacuum the thing out CLEAN and have a look. You may have to take some other interior parts out to get to them, but it isn't rocket science.
