Now, filling worldwide income means both my wife and my own income put together but in this case my wife do not work does that mean that I will use only my own income to file and what form will be appropriate , form 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ and what calculation will be used for the worldwide return is it going to be the same with the individual income tax return calculation .thanks

Yes, you will claim ONLY your income on the joint return, but claim TWO personal exemptions plus the $10,900 JOINT standard deduction.

The Form 1040EZ is the easiest form, while Form 1040 is for more complex returns. Form 1040A is the middle-of-the-road form.
If you did NOT move in 2008, and have only wages and some interest income, you can file Form 1040EZ jointly with your wife.

Yes, leave the SSN area for your wife BLANK.
The IRS will fill it in when they issue the ITIN, then process the return.
If the return is prepared properly, the refund should not change.
