As simple as it sounds, my suggestion would be to not do anything that could possibly lead to the woman becoming suspicious. But, people are always going to be making up their own minds as far as what they think about someone. What someone thinks is not something that we can control. However, we can do everything that we can to make sure that we don't do anything that might lead to a person becoming suspicious.

Is there an issue that you're having difficulty with someone? If so, would you mind sharing about it, please?

Agreed with clough that more details are needed.

With that said, on a lighter version, I've been there and done that. I've had girlfriends who freaked out when I went to lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in a while and she would get jealous.

Really, if there's absolutely NO reason she might get jealous, then to be honest with you, it's her problem. It's her self esteem, possibly baggage from prev relationships, etc.

You need to have a sitdown with her and talk about this issue.

If she is already a jealous person or have insecurities there is nothing that you can do. She has to work on these issues herself because no matter what you do or say to ease her mind those thoughts would always be there and this can put a lot of stain on the relationship, especially on your behalf.
