    Liability of stolen property
As part of an ongoing investigation my brotherinlaw was served a search warrant for his
Home to look for stolen property. I was visiting at the time and got caught in the event.
Officers entered the house and pointed guns and we were made to get on our knees while
We were cuffed and led outside. This was my brotherinlaw my sister their 19 year son who lives with them my niece who dosen't live there and myself. In the search stolen items on the warrant were found in and behind garage, these included golf carts and
Master keys to the golf course. Upon questioning my nephew admitted he was involved and had brought the items to the house without his parents knowledge. He was arrested and taken to jail. My question is how liable to prosecution are my sister and brotherinlaw
As owners of the property where the stolen items were found?
