    Green Card-EB2 or EB3?
    Hi

    I am planning to apply for my GC. However I am not sure if I come under EB2 or EB3 category.

    I have a 4 years bachelors degree from India and a Masters degree from US.

    I have a 2.5 years work experience before joining my company.

    My employer says I would come under EB3.

    Is that right?

    With Master's, and my work experience, am I not eligible for EB2?
