    Registration for a truck
    I have a 1985 dodge truck, a ram 1500, and it hasn't ben registered for years, how much and where would I go about filing for registration?? Oh and it hasn't passed a smog test, will that affect though process...

    Sure it will. If you live in a place where smog testing is mandatory, that will be the first thing you will need to do. After that you can present the certificate to the DMV office and ask for license, pay the fees and be on your way. To get the vehicle to the local DEQ site you can buy a temporary or trip permit usually good for 5 or 10 days.
