Being sued for credit card debt
I have got it set up to stop direct deposit of my ssd check starting in March. That means my February chech will go to my bank account.
The deadline on papers is feb 8th.(I was served another one from a different credit card last night)How long after that can the creditors get a judgement? Should I take my money out of the bank & close it out or pay my bills as usual?
I'm just wondering mainly how long after feb. 8th is it safe for my money to be in the account.. I'm totally dependent on this ssd check.. no other money source at all, I'm a widow.. living off this check on a month to month basis.

    Any suggestions is appreciated here..
    Thanks:confused:
