Viamin C is water soluble, so if you take more than the body needs, you simply get rid of it.
The recommended daily allowance is: 75 mg. But again, with the bodies ability to get rid of the excess, many products, especially for children, have the "Full day's supply of vitamin C." included. You can never take too much, it seems.

Not really, you urinate the excess out. It will make your urine look almost bright yellow.

Just follow the directions on the bottle and you should be fine.

J-9, isn't it the B vitamins that make urine yellow?

But too much vitamin C will cause gas and/or diarrhea. That's an obvious clue that you've taken more than enough.
