    I just bought a house do I get a copy of the deed. Have a 30 yr mortgage.

    Congratulations!

    Yes, you should be getting a copy of the deed. Whoever handled the closing for you had to send the original deed to the county clerk for recording. Once it's recorded it should be sent to you.
