    I am in a big truble!
    Hy, my name is Cris and I got a huge issue. I got married with Kristin on 9th octomber, and I send my papers for green card on 9th November. Everything was going fine, I went to fingerprints and I just got my work permit on 25th jan 09. I also got the appointment for my first interview on 4th march, but me and my wife we got in to a fight and she said that she will divorce me or she won't came to the interview with me. I have to mention that we have togheter a baby, 6 months old. What are my chances to continue the process of getting my green card? Give informations as much as you can. Thank you, respect, Cris!

    Welcome to AMHD. You posted under "Divorce", and you may want to look into another thread. Are you separated? You have a child with this woman; you just going to let her (and the child) go?
