Do you mean THRUSH? Sound like he caught a yeast infection from having sex with someone if that is the case. If you meant RASH then that is probably just a heat rash and is no cause for worry. He really needs to see a doctor though and I wouldn't sleep with him again until he did. He could be passing on a horrible disease! Did you say he is in love with a female family member?
