Yes she is and I am proud of her. But I am old school Start, as you more than anyone knows, and it is one of my jobs to take this stress away from her...

I keep saying it over and over again; she deserves only the best... the best. She should not have to be worrying about me and my health, but she does.

(Get ready for a mushy moment here... ) After she heard about Gerald, my friend and neighbor and we got back home. She took my shoulders and turned me around and shouted; You take care of yourself damn it!! I love you way too much to loose you now!! Sigh...

I'm sorry you had to go through this today, and I really hope your friend comes out of this all right. Like you said, he is in one of the best hospitals! I'm sure his wife appreciates the support of you and Marta. I bet she was very grateful to have you around when she needed you.

As for YOU my dear! You need to take care of yourself and relax. Stress has just recently been officially been named one of the top killers. You already likely know that a heart attack or stroke is secondary to stress being the cause. The brain sends off signals to the heart and other major organs. I'm surprised that it took the medical community this long to actually name "stress" as a disease.

Enough of that. Marta worries about you, I'm sure your other close friends worry, and we worry! What would the Duck do without the Sheriff on her tail all of the time? Lol! Be good to yourself! Take that trip to Naples, and have a nice vacation for a little while! Everything will still be there when you get back. Just delegate and let someone else take care of it for a week or so.

You know we are always here to talk! You don't need to put on a brave face for us. This is called Ask Me "HELP" Desk... remember?

However, this does come with certain duties! You are also in charge of feeding the Crocs! I hear one of our trusty Castle people got bit in the A$$ today, because someone neglected to feed them!
